Step into our bright, open 1-bedroom waterfront condo, designed for comfort and stunning Grand Traverse Bay views. This retreat sleeps four in the king bed and sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is five when the fifth guest is a child or infant using the provided Pack ’n Play/travel crib.

House rule: Maximum five guests; no more than four adults age 18 or older. The fifth guest must be a child or infant.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
